Yes,  we source our ingredients from nut-free companies and take care to ensure no peanuts or tree nuts are used in the production of any of our goods. We do utilize coconut in many of our recipes.

Nope. Never. We utilize the colours found in nature, as we know and understand the dangers of artificial colours.

You bet! We use protein rich ingredients that you can feel good about eating and sharing with your loved ones. Some of our commonly used ingredients are pumpkin puree (high in beta-carotene), coconut milk (great for your digestive system), and apple sauce (a natural sweetener).
